Trials

trials can be booked and then the date can be changed twice after this.If you can no longer make your trial after these two dates you will have to be rebook onto the system yourself.

Uniform

the correct uniform must be ordered after two weeks of classes.or students are able to wear plain blue for 6 and under or plain black for 7+. Mini movers do not require uniform however must wear suitable clothing.

Fees

fees must be paid in full before term starts, if you have not paid fees after the first week of term a additional £5 per week late fee will be added to your invoice.

terms notice

you must give notice before the term ends if you are not returning for the following term. If you do not give notice you will still be asked to paid that terms fees.

parents watching

parents should only sit in the hall when asked to by teachers, no parents should be watching if your child is over 3 years old. Use of photography is only permitted by class teachers.

Sickness

Parents should not bring there child to classes if they have had a sickness bug within 48 hours of the class.

cancelling of classes

if the teacher has to cancel classes for any reasons, parents will be given the option to attend another class that week or have there fees reduced for the following term.
